Students and Teacher receiving a grant

Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana Receives Grant!

The Community Foundation of Noble County recently awarded a grant of $3,250 to Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana to assist with Noble County programming Inspiring Tomorrows. Through the Inspiring Tomorrows program, JA will provide programming in elementary schools across Noble County. This includes JA Our Region, JA Our Community, and BizTown. Students will interact with community volunteers to learn lessons ranging from needs vs. wants to the many vital roles in a community. Through these programs, the aim is for students to have the skills necessary for success in the real world and have a positive impact on the community. Junior Achievement serves students in terms of financial literacy, workplace readiness and entrepreneurship- making sure that students can build the futures they envision.
