Once again, the East Noble Junior/Senior Prom is rapidly approaching, with prom falling this year on April 22nd. This year’s prom theme is “Vegas, Baby!,” an evening of casino-themed fun. This is a closed prom, open only to students who are 11th graders or above at ENHS or at other schools. All students and guests attending must be considered in good standing if they are currently enrolled in school. Students who are currently on Academic Probation must be passing all five classes by the end of ticket sales on April 13th, to be eligible to buy a ticket. This date is inflexible due to required pre-ordering with the event center. Please remember that guests may not be aged 21 or over. Finally, as in years past all students and guests must provide current and valid picture ID to get into the event center for the dance. If picture ID cannot be presented at the door, students and guests will not be allowed entry.
The first part of the Prom will be the traditional Grand March and introductions of the attendees at the East Noble High School gymnasium starting at 6:00 p.m. This event is open to parents, families, guests and our community to see our well-dressed students and guests.
The second portion of Prom, which is open only to registered students and invited guests, will take place at the Kendallville Event Center (Goeglein’s) starting at 7:00 p.m. At the banquet center, students will be served a complete buffet meal including beverages and dessert. There is no reason for a student to make pre- or post-Prom reservations for eating, as all of their dining needs are included in their prom ticket.
The cost for the prom this year is $45.00 per person attending. Students must purchase tickets in advance, in the general office. Ticket swill be on sale immediately and be for sale until April 13th. For cancellations, there is a refund until April 13th, after which there is no refund- no exceptions.
