Digital Applications and Responsibilities

Digital Applications & Responsibility prepares students to use technology in an effective and appropriate manner in school, in a job, or everyday life.  Students develop skills related to word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and communications software.  Students expand their knowledge of how to use digital devices and software to build decision-making and problem-solving skills.  Students will also participate in the Microsoft Imagine Academy… an online training portal which provides supplementary resources for the study of MS Office products.  The final exam is a Microsoft Office Specialist certification exam, which provides students with the opportunity to receive an industry-recognized digital literacy certification.  The MOS exam must be taken in person at East Noble High School at a time to be arranged with the course instructor.  The first semester of this course is a study of MS Word 2016; the course may be repeated to study an additional MS Office 2016 product.

Requirement: student will need Microsoft Office 2016 pre-installed on their computer
